C.A.R. Part #1 - The Cover Page
Description
This
is exactly what it says it is... so don't think too hard on this one.
Dr. Hartnell's Helpful Hints
1. You need several items on your cover page. This information needs to be typed in 12-point, Times New Roman font. Nothing should be in bold. The information on the Cover Page needs to be double-spaced and appear
in the following order:
a. The title of your C.A.R. project (e.g., Reviving School Spirit). The title of your C.A.R. project needs to be creative and eye-catching but also informative so potential readers know what your C.A.R. is about. Do NOT put quote marks (" ") around it.
b. Your name (e.g., Johnny Student).
c. Your teacher's name (e.g., Dr. Hartnell).
d. The title of your course (e.g., Honors' American History).
e. The name of your school (e.g., Westerville North High School)
f. Your completion date (e.g., 16 May 2014). It will feel unusual to write the date out in this manner; however, this is the "scholarly" way to record such information. While we are used to writing May 16, 2014, the proper way is to list the day first, the month second, and the year last with no comma.

2. You might feel tempted
to decorate your Cover Page with a picture or some clipart. DON'T DO IT.
3. This page is NOT numbered.
