During the 1950s, a professor at Cornell University named Walter Pauk created a system of note-taking called "Cornell Notes". This particular style helps students organize their thoughts during a lecture or while reading course materials. At Hartnell University, Cornell Notes will primarily be utilized for textbook readings. The notes generated while reading the textbook will prove extremely helpful in answering the questions in the Pathways Packets as well as addressing the Blue Book prompts.
Blank copies of the Cornell Notes will be available in the classroom, but students are encouraged to download additional copies by clicking on the button below.
